Hi there, I'm Angela!

My name is Angela Foster, and I am a former Corporate lawyer, certified health coach, certified Menopause Nutritionist, personal trainer and host of the top-rated global podcast, High Performance Health.

I used to be just like you, searching for answers and trying to find the right diet, fitness or life coaching plan that would help me look and feel my best, perform at my best and achieve success in my career while still finding quality time for my family.
