Within my genetic profile, I have the genes for obesity, as well as genes indicating carb and fat sensitivities. Yet, I’ve had three kids, am 45 years old, and have managed to maintain 16% body fat. I’m living proof that a healthy body and a healthy mind is truly obtainable for anyone.
